建物が古いので、バスタブや洗面ボールなど劣化しているのは仕方ないのでしょうね。掃除はきれいにされていたと思います。 2泊したのですが、2日とも廊下の人の声や周りの部屋のドアの音で目が覚めたのは残念でした。中の声も筒抜けなんだな、と思いました

バスタブが湯を溜め、水抜きをすると、 排水溝から湯がが溢れ水浸しになった。 ドレインシステムの老朽化か、詰まりがあったのも。古い感じで染みもあり、臭いもした。 フロントにはその旨説明し、次の部屋の利用者がびっくりしないように、適切な対応をお願いしておきました。 また、チェックインの際の情報として、 Wi-Fiの説明、枕の追加、製氷器などの追加説明がなく、サービスの有効な案内がなく、残念だった。せっかくのサービスの用意が生かされなかった。

お部屋も綺麗で、宿泊者専用の無料ラウンジもあり度々利用していますが今回部屋が寒くエアコンを入れましたがまだ暖房に切り替えていないとのことでした。仕方なく上着を着てしのぎました。　寒暖差、季節の変わり目と言う事もありますが早めの対応をお願いしたいです。
