Nice, fresh apartment with view from balcony. Good coffee machine. Mind the slippery stairs. I fell. The elevator is probably safer even if it doesn't exactly give that impression:)

"Studio" here is not the usual cramped quarters. There's a good-size bedroom, eat-in kitchen, large windowed bathroom with brand new boiler and a charming balcony to sip your prosecco between walks in the cultural centre. The terraced patrimonial building is getting some upgrades but nothing stood in the way of my comfort and safety. Great deal in all.
