Clean room, very conveniently located by the Suva airport. Staff was kind and helpful at both check in and check out. The hotel is located in a shopping center but on the third floor so separated a bit; some of the rooms appeared to have a stunning view of the river, though we opted for the lower cross rooms with no view, as it was interior to the mall.

Staff was helpful in some aspects They room was clean but experienced many problems such as the sink drain pipes kept on leaking dispite. The maintenance team fixing it 3 times The ac worked half of the time and the whole place smells like dmc fried chicken from downstairs and the shower privacy glass is still an issue allowing people from the bedroom to see people nearly naked in the shower. we tried to communicate with staff abour these issues and to shift rooms but they wouldn't shift us to a different room.

We arrived at 11.00pm & the entry was difficult to find although the staff were helpful. We were asked for $100 bond in cash which had me on edge as I thought it was a scam. The smell in the corridors was a stale musty smell which continued into the room. The room had ants on the wall in several places with dirty cups & glasses. The shower was not clean with grime on the shower glass & mold on the wall tiles. My wife would not shower because of this. No water or milk in the room for tea or coffee but I would not have used it anyway. We moved to Suva the next day for better accommodation. We could not get any free to air channels on the TV. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in & would not recommend it to anyone. I did not ask for a refund for the following 3 nights we just wanted out. Never again will we stay there but the pictures looked so good before booking.

Location was great as it was closer to our wedding venue staffs were great but housekeeping was low toilet seat behind the seats seemed to be never cleaned toiletries werent available had to ask for those we were being told they have very limited supplies for the rooms. Fights were happening around 5am for a while on the floor took the staffs long enough to keep it low.

It was okay. We had a problem initially with the booking which took a long time to fix but after that, it was fine, although our room was never cleaned at all after several requests so there was a buildup of dust and cleaning was surface cleaning. Took our bag down from a shelf and a lot of dust came with it on our clothes. I can see the potential but staff need more training - cleaners and reception.

We had a problem when we first checked in but it was sorted out with the young Fijian girl at reception. The room was great but the room was never cleaned once. We asked for the room to be cleaned twice while the cleaner was in the hall close to our room but no one cleaned our room which was a little annoying as we are a family of 5. The room was okay but not very clean for a new hotel. Very dusty and surface cleaning so I had to clean surfaces with wipes. The microwave was so dirty with pieces of food still inside so it was not cleaned prior to our stay. We had an aircon issue with three leaks by my son's bed so he used cups for the drips. Notified the staff that night and was told the maintenance man would be in to fix it in the morning. A day went by and no one came and the explanation was that he was coming from Nadi. No one came so we were moved to a new room on our last day after asking various times, Staff were nice enough but need to be trained properly. The manager needs to be more hands on and teach the staff under her instead of blaming them when things go wrong. Management need to not tell staff off in front of guests as this is very unprofessional and not needed - pull them aside in a room if you have to. Experience could be better but it was okay. Very handy place though as it is in a mall so food court close by and shops etc.

Rooms... water was overflow from the bathroom.. Booked for 2 nights... Moved from one room to another (4 times)...shocking and disasters../ We went as a family.. I got 2grandsons ( 11/ 4yrs ) old.. We were there for our family gather together... LATE ON EVERTHING DUE TO WHAT WE WENT THRU.... Never enjoy our 3 days there...ends up booking another hotel in Suva.... Complain to the manager ( language barrier)... Ends up only refund $80. Fjdollar... Very angry and upsets 😡 Felt so sorry on the Staff..

I PREPAID THIS STAY, IN FULL. When i checked in I asked to confirm this fact. I was told that there had been no payment and I would need to pay in full. For the next hour plus we d to work out the problem. I had to search my extensive email cache. I showed the desk clerk both the receipt that clearly showed my payment and another document from my account. I emailed them to him. He also photographed my emails. It was finally concluded that I DID NOT owe anything. Now it’s1:30 a.m. and I will not get an effective use of the room. I have an international flight and must be at the airport by 8:00 am. This has been dreadful experience.
