4/10 Fair

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms need a major overhaul strong smell of mould , bathroom cupboards had deterioration. Pillows had mould and dirty need replacing. Availability of food in restaurant was bad two choices . Breakfast in served cold . The hotel is a training ground for students that study on adjoining university.

Affordable, nice staff but not recommended

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof. I could hear noises from the road, especially when people road rage after midnight till 3am. Then prayer started at 4.30am. I was able to get about an hour of sleep.
