Take the airport shuttle.
3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, only wish we had more time to stay here. Complimentary airport shuttle saved my family of 5 $1300php! My phone died the day before we checked in so we were stuck taking a cab from the airport to the hotel.

Nice hotel, would stay there again.
Clean, comfortable, cool and quiet. Nice hot water for the shower... the only thing I would have wanted is a microwave and a small fridge. The restauraunt was always out of things we wanted to order. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out onto the city and the harbor, could've used at least one more chair though. Security to enter the area was good.

I had some issues in the beginning because it is a new hotel but they were quickly resolved and the staff was great in meeting my expectations. They have a great view of the sunset and Bay Area. There are many great restaurants and mini markets to meet your daily needs. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying long or short term.

What is the meaning of "sound proofed"? That you even hear cockroaches dancing on the table? Or hear everything from other rooms doing their love-games? Or roosters and dogs from outside? And who really proofs that "sound proofed" is no fake? At this Hotel it is definitely fake and with all the very cheap interior and a 2 sqm bathroom - how is it possible to promote this as 5***** Hotel? Total Scam, and unfortunately HOTELS.COM is a part of that ugly daily business to deceive customers.

Scariest Hotel I've Ever Tried to Stay In
Scariest place I have ever tried to stay in. Completely soul-less facility, brand new from China. Just don't do it. I bit the bullet and checkout our immediately for a friendlier and warmer location.

The hotel was so new taxi drivers didn’t know where it was! Staff is wonderful but the room/amenities left a bit to be desired. It would have been great to have a fridge, microwave and ice bucket. Kind of common these days. Nice view and super soft towels!!! Not sure how all the flies get into the high floors. I’m pretty clean, but many flies kept buzzing around. I’d recommend, but know it’s very isolated.

Extremely unhappy customer.
Breakfast is super awful, basically has no breakfast, the lights in the room started acting while I was in the room so I called but they couldn’t fix it and they couldn’t change my room either so they decided to downgrade me, they ran out of teabags the second day, the property is in a gated community and you have to show ID to go in and out, which is very inconvenient for a hotel guest. Even TV was not working on the second room they switched me to and it took them three hours to fix it. I’m very unhappy.
