The room pics are totally false advertising!!! Staff was rude and condescending, right after checking I was giving one room key that looks like a mailbox key, I asked if they had an additional key, they say absolutely refused! It’s not hotel policy, parking was inside, however they asked for cars keys to stay at the front desk in case they have to move the car??!!! It’s the rules of the property, then they are not responsible for any lost or stolen item in the car or if a car gets damaged in the property, went to the room and the door wasn’t locked nor it could be locked, door looked like someone vandalized the room has a huge hole in the door the went to the other side covered with paper, door couldn’t be closed or locked, did not feel safe at at all, requested another room because of not feeling safe there 3 women not being able to close door even, tiny bathroom and very old and dirty and dingy, totally not what I was accustomed too with hotels.com thus was a nightmare place!! Checked out and was charged anyway not to mention I had to look for a new hotel, this was insanely unsafe, dangerous and dirty.

As fotos nao condizem com a realidade. A recepção é uma bagunça. Vc chega e nao sabe se é um hotel ou um restaurante. a "sala de ginastica" fica no meio dos corredores, parece uma favela. O quarto nao condiz com as fotos nem um pouco. Reservei um quarto "luxio" mas encontrrei um quarto de hotel de beira de estrada. O chuveiro saia gotas de agua, fui reclamar na rfecepção a atendente , com muita ma vontade , disse que era o que tinha e que nao podia fazer nada. Na mesma hora sai do hotel, Nao caiam nessa cilada, O que eles cobram nao é compativel com o que oferecem. E ressalto, as fotos nao condizem com a realidade

Não deveria se apresentar como hotel, mas como hostel. Trata-se de umas baias feitas de quarto, tudo muito diferente das fotos de apresentação. Lugar muito, mas muito simples mesmo. Gavetas sujas, baratas passeando no quarto, muito decepcionante mesmo. Pra não dizer que é tudo ruim, o chuveiro e a cama são bons, de resto, muito, mas muito a desejar.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Man konnte leider nicht im Zimmer arbeiten, kein Schreibtisch und Stuhl vorhanden. Das Zimmer war dafür auch zu klein. Badezimmertür ließ sich nich abschließen, dass Schlosd war defekt. Der Abfluss des Waschbecken war verstopft, Wasser lief nur langsam ab. Das Hotel ist jedoch gut gelegen und günstig um Einkäufe in CDE zu erledigen

Acomodação razoavelmente boa. Excelente localização e café da manhã com boas opções. Apenas a vedação acústica que não é legal e não tem uma ventilação tão eficiente no quarto, mas o atendimento foi bom, bom café da manhã e excelente localização. No geral eu recomendo sim.

Cama boa e bons travesseiros. Chuveiro é fraco e poderia melhorar a qualidade do shampoo. TV com vários canais, bom café da manhã, boa localização, estacionamento no local. O problema é o barulho dos quartos vizinhos, se ouve tudo e atrapalha para dormir.
