EVERY member of staff was excellent, for the price I paid the service was wonderful, front desk, attendants and cleaning staff. A tiny hiccup with WiFi but sorted out immediately. Hotel itself was clean and very fresh looking, room was clean and very modern looking. Definitely would go back!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights and I must say that my experience was fantastic. Courteous staff, clean spacious suite, great location & excellent breakfast. I had originally booked the junior suite but I was upgraded to an executive suite upon check in - so that was a very nice surprise.

The physical property for this hotel and the staff are great. Here's why my review is less positive: 1. The room is physically nice and clean as advertised, BUT it was missing all the inexpensive little things that make a Jr. Suite comfortable. (Extra towels, bathrobe, washcloths, paper towels for the kitchen, enough forks/knives/spoons, enough toilet paper ...). 2. If you ask for an extra towel, they bring one, BUT make you trade it out with the ones in the room as you're interested in stealing something. This made it rather uncomfortable. 3. The elevator!!! it's way too slow, and it's too small to support a hotel of this size. I had to climb 7 flights of stairs a few times because it was taking so much time. Having said all this, the staff could not have been more friendly. They were so helpful several times.

We had a junior suite with balcony. The room was clean and spacious, had a little sitting area which served as storage space for luggage etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. Staff was friendly and helpful and always there to help. However, there was only one towel in the room and we had to request one, was not ideal after 5h travelling and wanting to get a shower. The biggest issue for us was the location. It was based on a main road and we found it incredibly noisy. We could hear car horns during the whole day & night from the room. Casa is super busy, heavy on cars and loud, so we would recommend a quieter area to stay. The hotel and room itself is good value for money, if however you do not like noisy environments I would recommend a different place.
