The room was dirty, the floors had not been cleaned or vacuumed and there was hair in the sink. WiFi was spotty. The sheets were clean, bed ok and neighborhood quiet. People upstairs were stomping around at 3 a.m. For a $35 pet fee charge the place should at least be clean

The rooms are outdated. But the real problem was a dirty tub with footprints, a smart TV without the right remote that also wasn't connected to the motel's internet, so we couldn't use our streaming service. The staff was not fully bilingual. The faux leather chairs had ugly rips and tears and were uncomfortable. The location is great but the views of the marina were non existent from the 2 rooms we stayed in. The regular rate is no bargain at $154. Stay somewhere else.

We never got to our room, as we needed a late arrival check-in, and after filling out the paperwork, then calling and messaging the hotel repeatedly, we were never given the code to the key box containing our key. We ended up driving two hours home after midnight instead.

Low price point so minimal expectations, but a delightful, clean, old-but-loved property. No A/C on a warm day worked out because the windows open and there was a box fan that cooled the room efficiently. Would stay again.

No air conditiong. No daily service. Noisy. 2 K cups for coffee. Office does not open until 1 pm. No one answers the phone number listed on office door. How this got a high rating is beyond me. And worst of all toilet is stained brown and does not flush waste the first time.

I was grateful to get a hotel in this location. But it was like walking into a 1970’s hotel. The bathroom was clean and the bed was good. Pet friendly isn’t great if you don’t have a pet. The room smells of pets. We opened the bathroom window and left the door open and it was a little better.

This is a very modest motel on the outside but inside it was quite lovely. It's very clean, had a very comfortable bed, good (free) parking. Also it was nice being right next to the marina for a pleasant place to walk.

Very dark small room. Went to sit on a chair it wobbled all over the place. A box fan saved the night for sleeping comfort. The female owner wasn’t happy about my Service Dog who didn’t make a sound the entire time. She said “This isn’t a dog friendly Motel”. I said, “I have his documentation that he is an Official Service Dog”. So begrudgingly she gave us the key to the room. Bathroom was clean, it had a hand held shower which is required for me to take a shower with my partial paralysis. 2 coffee pods, no breakfast. IF it was a $49. Room it would be a good value, BUT for $119.99 it was not a good value motel.
