Enjoyed the central location, lovely little courtyard, and nice bath products. Beds are very firm. No hot water for shower. Biggest negative was no secondary locks on the doors. Staff with keys entered my room multiple times without knocking. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but when I discovered 1/2 my shower door was missing and the bathroom flooded, the young woman on staff couldn’t be bothered. I’ve tried not to let those negative experiences overly impact my rating. But seriously, stop barging into rooms unannounced. That’s just crazy.

Room was clean and adequate. Hotel was quiet, even though a block from cathedral square and the shops and restaurants. Maid found a left item and almost immediately came to the desk with it--thanks for that! Before driving there, you should get detailed driving directions to go directly to the parking deck below the hotel. There is no street parking, and the garage is off a one-way street, which will require you going around the block to get there.
