The night concierge could be much friendlier. The overnight cleaning staff was much friendlier and helpful. Unloading zone is difficult to access with bags and suitcases. The room was not completely clean. Access to the nightstand lighting and power was difficult to figure out.

Very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Plenty of fresh towels for the whole family. Great continental options for breakfast. Although a slightly older establishment, the staff and owners work diligently to keep it clean. We had a very pleasant stay.
