I loved everything about this hotel. Customer service was top notch: the front desk staff, the concierge and restaurant service were all exceptional. The cleanliness of the room is noteworthy. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I am in Costa Rica.

Everything was for kind of service was extraordinary. The food was very good. Housekeeping on the room are perfect. The only I have to do with the outside of the building is still under Construction, and it is very uncomfortable, as well as the facilities of the temple Plaza around the hotel are unavailable. Will probably come back but we’ll be about six months. I travel a monthly to Costa Rica and that’s it.

Brand new hotel that is super clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower and cool AC! Finding the correct parking garage was a bit tricky (there's active construction in the area my spanish is really basic, and traffic in the area is very busy) but once I found it, felt good about everything. There were several restaurants (on-site and immediately adjacent)that looked great too but I didn't have a chance to check them out).

The renewal of this property is phenomenal. Details all over really make it a special one. Check in and check out were speedy which is highly appreciated. Breakfast buffet variety was mediocre, though. It seems there are items that can be custom ordered from the kitchen but no one offered and it is not time-efficient. Easier to just have them out for people to self-serve

This property is newly remodeled and beautifully done. We stayed on my birthday night because we got stuck in San Jose longer than expected, and it happened to be on their grand opening celebration. It was nice to think they did such a big party for my birthday! LOL. The staff was super attentive and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the location is super convenient with many walkable, restaurants and stores nearby. I highly recommend this hotel! Expedia listed it as a three star hotel, but I can tell you I stayed at four star hotels in San Jose recently and this hotel out performed in service, cleanliness, updated amenities and in every other category!

Tuve demasiados problemas. Dos de mis 3 cuartos nunca aparecieron reservados por expedía. La estrella era 3 pm estuve ahí antes y me resolvieron hasta 4:40 pm! Los dos cuartos que no aparecían eran de 2 camas, para resolver porque ya no tenían me dieron 3 de una cama. Dos conectados eso estuvo bien. El tercero ya cuando íbamos a meternos con las llaves que nos dieron no servía, bajé a recepción me la activaron de nuevo (617) y cuando entro había otra familia ahí!! Bajé a reclamar, no entienden el error pero se lo dieron a otra gente. Para resolver ahora me querían dar uno en piso 4. ( primero ya nos habían separado en 3 cuartos a padres e hijos pequeños y ahora nos querían separar en piso 4 y 6!!) después de reclamar me dan el 635 mejos pero es algo. Aparte de disculpas nada! Inaceptable para una cadena Hyatt de verdad pase molesta y estresada mi año nuevo
