Staff were exceptionally helpful especially Tyler, Leo and Goja ( I hope I spelled her name correctly!) Location was in the heart of a busy area but our room was very quiet and peaceful.... Immaculately clean and well serviced. Our stay was wonderful and the roof top bar was great. The only negative I could think of is if anyone booking with a pool in mind..... It is basically a jacuzzi sized dipping pool.Listed for us as an inside outside pool. The breakfast buffet style was lovely and catered for all tastes. Again all staff could not be more helpful and the overall Manager was a very respectful man. We would return if we ever come back to Hanoi in the future.
