Alhamdulilah clean hotel. Very nice staff. Brother mamoan may Allah reward him for his efforts he was very nice always asking if we needed anything. The whole staff was really nice. My flight was delayed and they accommodated with staying extra time in the room. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in future.

The location is very good, and the room was clean and comfortable overall. However, there were two maintenance issues that were not resolved during my three-day stay: 1. The room telephone was not working. 2. The shower cabin door was not closing properly, which caused water to splash outside the cabin and accumulate on the bathroom floor. The hotel offered to change my room, but the alternative room had three separate small beds, whereas my booking was for a king/queen bed. Therefore, I respectfully declined the room change and asked them to fix the two issues instead. I was assured that the issues would be taken care of right away, but despite several reminders, nothing was done during my stay. Because the room phone was not working, whenever I needed to request anything or speak with reception, I had to take the elevator down to the reception desk. Similarly, because of the shower door issue, I had to use towels outside the shower area to prevent the water from spreading and keep the bathroom floor dry. Overall, the accommodation was good, and I was satisfied with the location and cleanliness. However, the lack of attention to these maintenance issues, despite repeated reminders, was disappointing and affected my overall experience.
