We had an amazing stay!!! From the moment we walked in the service was excellent!!! And the design is so modern and beautiful! We loved the room we got which was not officially a room with pool access but it still did:) the hotel is also super clean! the breakfast was also very good, served inside and on the beach! And the hotel has direct access to the bar street! This is definitely the best choice in Bodrum city center! Would definitely choose this hotel again!!!!!

The staff were friendly and always on hand to help & assist us with anything we asked. The breakfast was included but felt bit limited, it continental but not much. Our room cleaner done a good job. There was a few things with what looks like bit of water damage to wall, but overall we were happy. We had the pool access room and it was really nice to have that

Booked room with private pool and it was a room in basement, humid and once I changed room they didn’t give me a room with pool and did not refund as well. Breakfast is supposed to be included however it is a very limited breakfast. One egg with 2-3 pieces of cheese. Robbery. Location is great but the rest is 1/10 Avoid!

Stayed many times in bodrum last few years this one is by far the worst!hottest day in record and ac wasnt working ,were told they were working on it never heard back ,at 4 am when we couldnt handle the heat in the room anymore and was finally able to get another room!there is a thermostat in the room constantly resets and goes to off mode even in the new room so you need to get up and set it back and wait for room to be cool again!had a late check in due to traveling and room wasnt even cool you would think they will least set the ac. !random housekeepers was just diving in to the room even donot disturb sign was on in the morning!no deadbolt!save yourself a headache and book another spot !Bodrum has some wonderful hotels which we never had this kinda issues before!hairdryer etc wasnt working but not even gonna start on those issues!great location with poor management!!!!luckily i only booked 3 nights to check it out before commit longer stay!

Dear Gözegir Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Bodrum from **September 16 to September 21, 2024**. I had high expectations for my visit, but unfortunately, several serious issues occurred that not only ruined my experience but also posed a risk to my safety. Room Cleanliness and Initial Problems Upon arrival, I found that the room I was assigned was not clean to a satisfactory standard. As part of my booking, I had a private swimming pool with a jacuzzi, but both the pool light and the jacuzzi were not working. That same night, when I tried to take a shower, I discovered there was no hot water available. I immediately reported these issues to your staff, who suggested that I change rooms. Electric Shock in the Pool – A Life-Threatening Inciden I moved to another room with similar amenities, but again, the room was dirty. While using the private swimming pool and attempting to operate the jacuzzi, I received an electric shock, which could have been fatal. This was an incredibly terrifying and dangerous situation, and I was fortunate not to have been seriously injured or worse. When I reported this incident, I did not feel that the staff took it seriously enough, despite the fact that my life had been put in danger. Further Room Changes and Service Issues After this incident, I was offered yet another room, which was not of the same level as what I had originally paid for. The downgrade,

BED BUG INFESTATION!! DO NOT BOOK!! I’m not usually one to post reviews, but feel it is my duty to warn ANYONE thinking about booking this hotel. From check in on night one, my sleep was absolutely awful, I was itching all night and found it very difficult to sleep. When I woke up, I had several marks on my forehead, arms and back. Thinking they were mosquitos, I got repellant in the hopes that it would go away. By night 3, adult sized bed bugs started crawling on the beds and that’s when I PANICKED. I reported this straight to concierge who looked very scared (almost like he’s seen this happen at the hotel before) they quickly moved me to another room on the last night. When I reported this incident to the hotel, they profusely apologized and offered me a full refund. But they did not want to compensate me for luggage I had to replace from the contamination OR the cleaning fees incurred as I had to disinfect everything I had while travelling. Instead, they had the absolutely gall and audacity to accuse me of bringing these bugs to the hotel myself. They later back tracked on their promise to refund me - so the matter had to be resolved with Expedia who refunded me instead. The hotel don’t know customer service or hospitality and they SHOULD NOT be allowed to operate as a business in Turkey. I’m shocked they have so many good reviews, it was awful!! Bed linens were dirty, had hair balls on them. The showers had mold on them.. bed bug faeces on the headboard..GROSS
