The service at this hotel was especially exceptional - the staff connected with us ahead of time to see when we would be arriving, and were able to check us in quite early. The staff was great and very accomodating. The building is very old and while it had it charms it could use some work. The mattresses were very worn out in our room but were okay in our kids room.
