"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and with Prosecco a great way to start our room was wonderful with a beautiful garden to rest and our own huge hot tub pool. We had room service as it was late, and it was the best meal I had in Puya I cannot say enough about the staff. They were all young fun and extremely helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pool is wonderful. Our room was great. Would stay there again in heartbeat."

"Beautiful hotel with private spa and extremely helpful staff. We stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse with jacuzzi which was very clean and spacious with outdoor area separated with outdoor shower, jucazzi, seating area with lounge chairs and table and chairs. This 2 bedroom room is not part of the hotel building and is based 5min walk away in separate building. It is also based on 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs and no lift"
