Hotel is just a 10min walking distance away from the center which I found positive - it was quiet. Best part of the stay was breakfest. Everything was fresh and home made served on the roof tarrave with beautifull view.

The staff is amazing. The chef Nermi and her associate Serbil made great food and were always helpful. Savaş Yıldız was of great help for our bookings for hot air balloon and horse riding tour. Overall great experience at the hotel.

The service was excellent and everyone was willing to help. the breakfast was amazing with good flavor and taste. all organic of course! they had a great terrace view of all the hot air balloons in the morning and throughout the day. location was great as it was set away a bit from the hustle and bustle of the city, which lead us to walk. activities were easily arranged with the office and was done even on a last minute schedule. walking was good for us as we needed to walk off the good food for better digestion. overall an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

Important to note- hotels.com map showed it in downtown Goreme, hotel was actually 10 min walk north of downtown. not a problem for us, but important to know when booking. staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. the room had a refrigerator and a safe, but neither worked. those would have been good to use.

The staff went over and above for all of their guests and they were quite accomodating, which is really appreciative. Farkhan was the main contact for the hotel and Nermin was the chef. Both never failed to follow up with anything and always made sure that things were top notch. Everyone at the hotel made us truly feel like it was our home away from home. The area is walkable to the town's shopping and amenities. Farkhan also helped us booked some tours while we were there, so that was ease for us. The hotel also has a great roof deck to see the balloons at sunrise. Overall, a great stay!

This property’s best part is its chef. Narmeen. She was an awesome host and made us feel at home. Views from the terrace were also nice part and the front desk manager Furqan was polite and respectful. The property is definitely not 2 mins walk from open air museum. But it is walkable and market is 2-4 mins walk which is good as the market is center of Göreme. There were minor issues staying at property and front desk personnel was helpful. Some recommendations were also made to them hope they do better with future reservations.

We are travelling as a couple with 9 months baby. We found the ppl at reception very help and nice ppl, always available to help with any question you may have. The breakfast was exceptional, the nice lady cooks and prepre everything fresh. The hotel was cleaned and serviced every day. The price was very fair. If you are travelling with baby and need baby cot then you may inform them in advance they might be able to help. In our case, we asked late and it wasn't available which we found hard to share bed with a baby - might be our fault.

Otel konum olarak bence çok güzel bir yerde balonları sabah terasta izleyebiliyorsunuz, ayrıca ilk kalkış yerine çok yakın. Otel ekibi sıcak samimi insanlar, özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşımız çok yardımcı oldu. Açık büfe kahvaltı vardı, çeşit olarak biraz daha iyileştirilebilir. Genel anlamda güzel bir konaklama oldu.

El hotel tiene muy buena vista, su desayuno es básico pero muy rico, nos ayudaron con los tours para conseguirlos, estuvieron pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Hyggeligt hotel med god stemning og utrolig venligt og service mindet personale. Meget rent og ok senge. Fin varieret tyrkisk morgenmad. Hotellet ligger lidt uden for centrum af Göreme men med en fantastisk udsigt over klipperne og luftballoner starter bogstaveligt talt lige udenfor vinduet. Man kan også gå op på tagterrassen og få den flotteste udsigt ud over hele dalen.
