The only good things I can say about this hotel stay was the check-in was super easy, staff friendly and it is across from the beach. Place was so dreary, worn out and desperately in need of renovating. Would not stay again.

Receptionist received a $20 deposit and when I checked out and forgot that there was one, so I called after making to my destination. Was told that “There was no deposit.” I don’t know what the scheme was but that didn’t rub me well. In hindsight, the place is decent but could be better. Customer service is key especially ethics.

It is right next to treasure bay casino and a waffle house in the parking lot. Very convenient location. Staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs from the desk clerk to the cleaning ladies. Excellent stay.

We book a room not knowing it was on the third floor I have cancer I cannot walk 3 flights of stairs they were extremely accommodating and put me in a completely different type of room on the bottom floor at no extra charge.. everything was wonderful

While this may be a good place just to rest your head for a price of $100+ night id spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Shower barely worked - and the shower curtain was dirty. There was old toothpaste around the sink. Generally run down. The rooms also have white and clear curtains so their lights blaze through. I wouldn’t recommend nor ever stay again.
