Perfect spot. Comfortable and spacious room. Staff is super nice and helpful. Views from the property are stunning. The pool and hot tub are perfect after a long day hiking. You can walk right into the park and anywhere in Springdale. No coffee on property but plenty of cute cafes nearby.

Great proximity to park entrance and shuttle stops. This hotel was very cute and clean…BUT I felt the pictures were a little misleading. This is a remodeled motel- all of the rooms face outside. We booked a double queen and based on pictures I thought we were getting a patio, full kitchen, separate living room, soaking tub. We were going to have lots of rain so I felt these amenities would help if we had to stay indoors. If you don’t plan on staying in your room much, it’s a great option. If you want amenities, I would look elsewhere.
