Not recommended hotel
A very not recommended hotel. 1.we were in "rosh hashana" and till weekend - there were no bar or loby services. We had to dtive to the city for that. 2. No shuttle services to the beach as promesed. 3. Parking cost money (its the mall parking) 4. The swimming pool its a "holmes place" pool (For that i can use my member card to enter. Furthermore, there isn't any bar service at the pool. 5. There is no smoking area at the hotel. Smoking is allowed only outside the hotel at a very dirty and unpleasant parking zone.

Wrongfully charged for my stay
I chose a reservation package that include breakfast for 2 and free dinner for 2, and was charged for that amount, but my email reservation indicated only breakfast and did not get the free dinner. It was a surprise stay for my wife's birthday, and it is very dissapoint it to be charge for something you don't get. I am Hotels.com member since 2015, and think that a mistake like this should not occur, and honest, I hope to get compensate it for it because it is not cheap the amount Inwas charged for one night that included dinner to get only breakfast, adding that we had to look for a place to eat or pay "again" for dinner at the hotel. Thanks.

Clean upscale hotel in a great neighborhood of Tel Aviv. The room was clean, large and had a great view. Especially helpful is the adjacent access to Israel’s extensive train network. From there you can reach Ben Gurion Airport and every major area in the country.
