Fantastic hotel, great staff and beautiful rooms. Could not have asked for anything better. From the moment you walk in with Mallory greeting you, to the charm and character of the hotel, gorgeous plank flooring and brick walls make you feel as if you're stepping back in time with all of the modern amenities. Not to mention free soda, coffee and water all day. East Bay Inn does it right and the service was exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

This resort was so charming and beautiful. Very well kept and clean. We had a corner room and our room was huge! The only thing is the lights could be brighter but of course it would ruin the ambiance of the room. The bathroom had a walk in shower and was a nice size also and it was bright. We would definitely stay there again, it is walkable to pretty much everything on the water and if you don't want to walk, there is a golf cart service that takes you for no charge except tips. So worth it, our driver even explained some buildings in the area and such. Staff was exceptional and very nice, there is complimentary soda, water and coffee in the lobby. We also were each given a coupon for a wine or beer in their bar. They have a small parking lot and if there is a spot there you can park in that lot, otherwise there is another lot around the corner you could park in. Really nice place and I highly recommend it, looking forward to going back

I was a little skeptical at first because the lobby smelled a little musty and it is an older in, but the room was spacious and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been nicer and not having to pay for parking was a big plus! Very conveniently located across from River Street and some wonderful restaurants. What a beautiful hotel! Perfectly situated to explore Savannah just a 5 minute walk down to the river and parking included was great. We arrived very early but Martin ( hope that’s his name!) was so helpful and checked us in and contacted us when our room was ready. He was great giving information on places to go. The room was spacious, welcoming and clean and the bed super comfy with lots of thoughtful extras. The breakfast in the attached restaurant Debi’s was delicious. The complimentary bottles of water and soda were great and well needed in the heat! Would definitely recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed 😊
