We came back
We have been at the place before and really enjoy the location close to the city market, some restaurants, parks, and some wine tasting rooms. Our room was clean, spacious, and had nice cozy beds.

Glen Ellen is great quiet town with excellent access to local restaurants and wineries. Jack London Lodge offers great lodging, dining & drinking of fine wine and cocktails. Sonoma offers a great alternative to Napa for wine tasting.

JLL for women’s retreat
Perfect for a retired ladies getaway walkable to river views, hiking in the preserve or parks, drive to Sonoma Square for meals, better yet stay on foot on site for a great marketplace, authentic Pascal’s French Boulangerie/cafe, the Laurel Glenn tasting room for seated yummy knowledgeable wine tasting, the Mayo Fmaily Vineyard up the hill…driveable to all valley establishments but quaint and bucolic and friendly picturesque and historic. Conveniently, dine at London Lodge saloon for meals on foot or grab picnic groceries at the market - no DD required! In-room Kerri, soft plush sheets and mattresses not too firm…friendly housekeeping and greeter in office Bruce! Hot tub and unheated pool. Chef’s Kiss!

My partner and I had a quick overnight in the area for a wine tasting getaway. The hotel staff was friendly and speedy, the hotel was generally quiet and clean, our bed was very comfortable. The hottub/pool and lawn areas are so nice! A quaint and beautiful place to stay.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was bigger than most and the grounds are landscaped nicely. It was very quiet which made our stay most enjoyable. If one is looking to rest and recharge, I definitely would recommend the Lodge.

Cozy Inn tucked in Glen Ellen. Great restaurants near by and lovely staff.
Coby, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The setting around the property itself is gorgeous. Perfectly situated among restaurants, the local market and several wineries. A truly amazing location. The rooms were very clean, large, and have a mini fridge, all of which make for a very nice experience. The bathrooms are a bit run down and could use an update but by no means a dealbreaker. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful. For the price, it’s a fantastic option in this area.
Carlos, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Provided a good base for family stop over and pool was excellent as was the saloon bar and restaurant adjoins the property. Excellent recommendations from host. Highlight was visiting Arrowood winery - excellent wine tasting and very drinkable wines. The Fig Cafe round the corner was best meal of our three week visit to California.

Staff entered my Do Not Disturb room!
The only thing that REALLY bothered me was that I had a do not disturb sign on my door, but the staff entered my room anyway, while I was gone. I contacted management about the breach. They have not been responsive. The management and the rules at this establishment were rude and blunt. The sundries provided were little 25 cent tubes for shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer. Coffee was Costco Kirkland Brand.

Pleasant Stay
Courteous, supportive staff. Clean room with comfortable beds. Reasonable rates and very well located. The bathroom has been recently upgraded but the shower was dangerously awkward to enter and exit. Overall, a very good experience.
