Improvements are great.

The room we had was great! We had 2 dogs and our room was on the first floor close to the door. The room has been updated since we stayed 3 years ago. The upgrades are nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. We were very happy with the room. I would have liked a better selection for breakfast. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We like to unwind with a dip.in the pool or soak in the hot tub before bed. Proximity to Walmart is great for any last minute items you may have forgotten for your trip.

Room was dirty, found a bloody tissue in the bed, and television did not work! One of the worst hotel experiences i have ever had! I wasn't offered any kind of accommodations or anything. I was told the manager is on vacation and they would let them know next week!!???

Nice Room, but Other Amenities Lacking

The room was very nice and updated. The bathroom was large and well-lit. We arrived at 4:15 pm and our room was not ready. We had to wait 1/2 hour more. There was only one elevator operating and it was very slow. The breakfast was not up to the standard of other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. The hot water for tea and the oatmeal were warm, not hot.
