This was one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. Hotel is the cleanest I've ever experienced and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They even had dinner waiting in our room when we arrived late due to a blizzard. Restaurant had terrific food and cocktails. The grounds are stunning. I cannot say enough about this gem. Also, my husband and I enjoyed several massages in the serene spa.

The property was very clean and very well maintained! The rooms were very nice with modern finishes and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t great was the TV. It is paired with an Apple TV so it had all the streaming apps available for use, but some of the apps didn’t work when signing in, such as ESPN. Additionally, there weren’t any local channels available to tune into which was disappointing. Aside from that, the staff were very helpful and eager to please which made the stay much more enjoyable!

High end luxury amenities - the junior penthouse was as advertised! The staff is excellent and met our every need. The food at the Sporting Club was fantastic - we had a complimentary breakfast each morning to start our day. It is about 30 minutes from town, but worth it. If you plan to ski every day, you might consider a ski resort, as Sylvan Lodge caters more to fly fishing, golf, equestrian, etc. and many other winter sports. There is heli skiing as well! Awesome amenities, including spa and incredible work out facility and classes. This resort does not disappoint.

I celebrated my birthday in Jackson Hole at the Sylvan Lodge at Snake River, and it exceeded every expectation. Formerly a private, members-only club, this gated and ultra-exclusive property is now available to discerning guests, and as a seasoned world traveler, I can say it delivers on every front. The decor is tastefully understated Western elegance, with heavenly, plush bedrooms, generous storage, stunning marble bathrooms, and deluxe robes and slippers. The spa services are world-class, and the outdoor activities are extraordinary: hiking, biking, archery, equestrian, pickleball, tennis, and championship golf, all set on 11,000 pristine and private acres nestled between the mountains and the Snake River. The service is what truly sets this property apart. The staff is proactive and anticipates your every need before you even realize you have one. Complimentary transportation to and from the Clubhouse for gourmet dining and lounging is seamlessly arranged. Coffee, tea, waters, snacks, and freshly baked goodies are always available in the common areas. The rooftop hot tubs are perfect for stargazing, the fire pits are inviting, and a glass of Snake River Syrah will melt away every last bit of city stress. Tanner and Jess made us feel completely at home, but Mark was the true MVP of our stay. He went above and beyond to make my birthday genuinely unforgettable, and I will be forever grateful for the memories he helped us create.

This resort has an amazing property with incredible views. The pool has stunning views of the golf course mountains, rivers that run through the property. It would take you days if not weeks to explore everything that they have to offer on site. But the real problem here is that they cater to the country club staff and not the hotel guests. There’s no real restaurant on site at the hotel. If you want dinner, you have to go to the restaurant which is a 20 minute walk for a drive which can be annoying especially if you have kids also the pool it’s the same distance next to the restaurant. The service for the breakfast is just pre-cooked food that they bring from the restaurant and nothing is freshly cooked on site so you cannot make any special requests which is not adequate for a resort of this caliber. It would be nice to have a restaurant on site with fresh food available throughout the day without having to walk a long distance or drive. And having the pool so far is difficult with kids because you constantly have to plan ahead taking changes of clothes and planning for your next meal ahead of time. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the Housekeeping staff is very good. But when you are paying this much money, the amenities that are directly available when you are at the hotel are very limited. I did love having a coffee machine available as well as refreshment at the hotel, which is very convenient for kids. The grounds are stunnin

This place is absolutely wonderful. I love that it is smaller hotel. A few things I enjoyed, the breakfast is fabulous, they have a cluster of individual hot tubs on the roof which felt private and relaxing to watch the stars. I love when places I stay add the extras to make you feel spoiled… the bathroom towels, robes and bedding were amazing! The shampoo, condition & body lotion were luxurious. I had texted asking for a toothbrush and within minutes a gentlemen was at our door with 2 tooth brushes. One thing to note if you stay in a suite, the shades in kitchen and living space are sheer and see through from the outside in the night, maybe that’s why they provide robes.

Lacking in five star service

We arrived at 1030 pm after a long drive. The gate was closed and we were given no code to get in. We called 8 phone numbers no answer. Waited 20 minutes. The rooms are lovely. Cant fault that. There’s no breakfast in the hotel you have to hike to the country club which is about a mile away. There is zero atmosphere, no where for drinks downstairs. Lacks any kind of authenticity for a five star hotel. No room service! The food at the country club was dire. We went once for breakfast- didn’t eat it and got Ubers to eat out. For 1263 a night- the hotel facilities do not match the room standard.

Beautiful property and great staff. The breakfast was terrible, ( can’t even order eggs, They offer scrambled eggs only) The concierges are very helpful and courteous, especially John and Jeff. Limited dining options, any “ cooked food “ is only served at the club house which is a 2 minute drive. If you’re a golfer, this is the place for you. Jackson is 30 minutes drive, with great dining options. The king room is not 610sq feet as described on Expedia. They should also offer a shower cap and replenish the bottled water in the room every night or have water available at the minibar.

O quarto é maravilhoso. Porém, entendo que falta um treinamento do time com relação ao atendimento: Restaurante funciona de quarta a domingo, ou seja, chegamos na segunda e só tinha o bar com poucas opções. Considerando que o hotel está longe de tudo (mercado, restaurante) não tivemos opção; O café da manhã era a partir das 09:00 no Club House. Porém, o tranfer para a montanha (ski) era às 08:00. A opção que tinha era café, chocolate quente e pão para quem iria para montanha que no nosso caso fomos todos os dias; A piscina que eles divulgam na foto só funciona no verão, diferente do hotel que ficamos o ano passado (isso tem que ser divulgado); Solicitei um bolo de aniversário da minha esposa para chegada antes do meu retorno da montanha para fazer uma surpresa, e o time esqueceu o bolo. Enfim... atendimento que não condiz um hotel 5 estrelas.
