I have stayed twice in this hotel already, 1st time was a business trip, and the second time with my family. Room is spacious perfect for us traveling with kids. The location is excellent so fair warning, prepare your wallet since there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area. I also recommend availing of the breakfast. It's really good with a variety of food options.

The rooms were very small in comparison to other Conrad hotels I stay in, quite deceving to say the least when you see the photos on the website. Had to call for towels everyday, location is greag but i dont think I'd stay there again..

very commerical and popular hotel; for me- despite of good will of the stuff- there were too many service miskates - charging the credit card without authorization, giving us wrong rooms, despite clear requests, slow amendment of the room, stuffed reception and slow services; the hotel is good for the price but it defeintley not my style;

Extra high floor booking is not worth the money

I booked and paid extra for a higher floor expecting great views. First they put me on the 29th floor; after I complained they moved me to the 39th, even though the hotel has 60 floors. The room and facilities were fine, but the handling of my request was disappointing and didn’t match what I paid for.

Great hotel in a perfect location.

The hotel location is excellent, right next to the bust Nanjing Road for shopping and dining, and sightseeing. The room we had had a fantastic view and was large and clean. I like the Japanese style toilets. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options. Special thanks to Ivy, Yebby, and Diana for their fantastic service.

While we experienced a few disappointments with our rooms at check-in, Molly, the Guest Service Manager, was truly exceptional in the way she handled the situation. She listened attentively to our concerns, responded promptly to our needs, and treated us with genuine kindness throughout. Her professionalism and generosity, including upgrading our stay to make up for the discomfort, turned what began as a frustrating experience into a much more positive one. We greatly appreciated her attentive care and commitment to guest satisfaction.
