I never stay in corporate type hotels. When I travel, I prefer small mom and pop hotels, but I stayed here for a few nights and it seemed like a five star. Impeccable service and great food. Super nice stuff.

Location is great right in the middle of almost all the attractions of the city's center. Staff was very helpful during our stay, breakfast option was good as well. We had a great time in Shanghai and I think the location of it helped a lot, there is a metro within a couple of minutes of walking!

The location is perfect and staff are extremely attentive and caring. We had dietary restrictions but had so many safe options and had chefs go out of their way curating menus for us!

I had a fantastic stay at the Conrad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I want to specifically thank Kelly in the Executive Lounge, her customer service was spectacular and she was very professional and hard working. Liangjuan in the spa was also great and gave a great massage.
