Great staff, great hotel and location. Pity Premier In. will ruin it as they won’t have decent accessible rooms!

Couldn't fault it. Lovely big room that was really clean, really helpful and nice staff and my 8 year old boy gave it an 8/10, who's really picky... so that's all you need to know. Also, great to have free parking which seems to be harder to come by lately.

Our stay was superb with spotless rooms as well as the rest of the hotel. Complements to the housekeepers who work so hard. Also the restaurant was superb, the chef makes the best chips ever and the young lady who served us was a credit to the hotel as she was so attentive and pleasant even though she was busy.

The Future inn in Plymouth was a fantastic choice for our stay. Helpful staff, nothing seemed to much of a problem to them. Rooms were very clean, well maintained & very big, so we were not squeezing past each other to choice like other hotels. The Breakfast may seem expensive but at all you can eat & a wide array of breakfast cereals, juices, cooked items etc, it was certainly worth the money. The location was a 10 minute drive from the city centre, nearby is a small retail park with costa/starbucks, Aldi, M&S food court. We will certainly be using this chain of hotels again.

Nice stay. Staff were very helpful. Some of the bedding and linen could do with replacing. Breakfast was great even though we left it late! Second time staying here and we will likely return.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a great room 130! Two queen size beds. Great! Lots of room. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness! Nice Robes to wear fluffy and comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn’t have breakfast as we’re visiting family. We did use the bar and again bar staff served with a smile very accomodating. We have stayed in this hotel a few times and would highly recommend to others.

10/10 Exceptional

Great staff from the get go and even better with parking, the room was large with plenty of space and air conditioning which was wonderful with the current heat. We had to ask for extra towels and they came promptly and were still warm from the dryer which was great. Will definitely be coming again!
