The hotel located in a tight housing area with an unpleasant view. There’s no balcony or lanai. The Hallways feel like a public building. My Room was serviced and kept clean everyday of my Reservation, and I enjoyed the "full Oceanview from the Balcony". But it was in a location that I was not too fond of,... excessive noise heard from the Occupants in the next rooms among other dislikes. The Front desk and Staff were helpful and friendly. And the Convenient store proved to be useful for buying what I needed in the Room. The Hotel was not in tip-top shape and I was disappointed that the Laundry room had no working machines.

The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold.
