This was a stay where I didn't fully listen to the reviews because of the mixed comments. However, I’m convinced the good reviews were from the staff and not paying guests. This hotel needs to be listed as a motel. The lobby smelled of stale cigarettes (poor filtration), outdated fixtures and the room we stayed in was dirty. Since there were no availabilities at other facilities, this was a permanent place for the weekend. The housekeeping, from the way our room was done, only took the trash out, changed the sheets and provided clean towels. The floor wasn’t swept (trash and Q tips hidden in the corners), splattered food was on the wall near the trashcan, trash was inside the air conditioning vent, the bottom of the toilet (near floor) was not clean and after walking in my socks knew the floors don’t get cleaned either (brown to black dirt on the bottom). The only plus was the bed sheets smelled like bleach and the sink and actual toilet set were clean! There is a lack of care at this facility. The nighttime staff were nice and accommodating.

Avoid at all cost!! Rude, dirty, smells terrible of cigarette smoke. It smelled so bad my lungs hurt. Checked right back out and didn't stay. Hotel was run down. The room we had looked nothing like the advertised pictures. There was a lot of dirt under the bed that i ended up cleaning up. They didn't even offer to have housekeeping come do it. Place is a joke. Save your money. I'd rather sleep in my car than this 💩 hole

Horrible hotel. Stuck in the 90s, in desperate need of update, maintenance, and good cleaning. Floors coming up in the room, very dirty bathroom, bathroom door hinge coming off with the door. Had issues with noisy neighbors and let staff know, room phone didn't work so we used the text, and they did nothing and didn't even respond until 3:30am. Asked for a different room but informed they were booked despite the parking lot being 1/2 empty. We left after the first night and got another hotel for the rest of our trip.

Beds are listed as Queens but are definitely doubles/full size. Also the elevator was out of service and lugging giant dance competition roller bags up and down stairs wasn’t easy. I have a mobility issue and when I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was out of service. The front desk gal was wonderful and upgraded me to a suite on the first floor at no extra cost. Wonderful, other than that the hotel is dated, there is no coffee in the room, no ice machine (out of service).

There was some maintenance issues with light fixtures, plugs, wholes in the walls, stains on curtains, and kept finding long hairs all over the room. The cleaning in the rooms needs to be improved and updating to showers, paint, and electrical fixtures.
