The condo was very clean and location was great. It was very safe with the lock pad on all outside doors. The maintenance man was out there daily cleaning. The grounds were impeccable, pool very clean, grills looked brand new as he cleaned them daily. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. We were there to love our son into college and had many packages delivered. They contacted us as soon as they arrived and held them until we picked them up. We can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely book there again.

Loved the place and hope to come again. Has all you need for a good beach vacation. Fully equipped apartment with balcony and amazing view of the Gulf, with appliances, kitchen utensils and such. BBQ grill in the yard which we didn't use, but hopefully will next time. A nice touch was provided beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is 5-7 walk, john's pass about 30 and plenty of eateries and shops around including Publix, wine and beer shops pizza etc.

The condo was fully equipped with all the essentials needed for a week's stay. The towels/wash clothes were good quality, not thin and cheap. You can tell the host out a lot of thought into what was needed. Beach towels, beach chairs and even an beaxh umbrella was provided. The location was great with a good view of the ocean. There was plenty of parking. The pool is on the smaller side and There needs to be a smart tv in the condo so guests have the option of logging into their streaming accounts. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The view of the beach from the 6th floor was gorgeous. The staff was very kind and helpful, and even before my trip answered all my questions with a very speedy response. My family of 5 fit comfortably in this condo, with every comfort of home! The pool was only 5ft deep, which was great for my younger children. Walking the trail along the beach in the mornings was a highlight, and there's restaurants, gift shops, and a publix and dunkin all within a short walk. We loved our stay, thank you!
