I’m going to give an honest pros and cons. Pro- easy to get to, comfortable bed, pet friendly, it is close to stores and places to eat, felt safe. Cons- I was overcharged (but hotels.com fixed it), the parking lot is cramped and small, the stairs are hard to climb if you have knee issues, we could hear our neighbors talking and their TV, we were charged for a resort fee (but there’s not a swimming pool or a gym), there was also another fee that goes directly to the hotel so I’m not sure why they don’t include that in their price. Would I stay there again? Probably not. There are several hotels in Flagstaff that have space and are around the same price. Now, if I was just driving through for one night, I would recommend that it’s OK to stay there. The bed was very comfortable and it was safe.

Bed was comfortable, value was on point, housekeeping staff aren't really cleaning the hard to see areas: finger prints on the walls and doors, blood splatter and snot attached to the walls and ceilings. Breakfast was minimal but provided. The sink drainage was slow.

Room was OK. Lighting in the room was poor. Vanity light over sink did not work. Towels were thin and rough. Was nice to have a fridge and microwave. We did not hear any road noise, thanks in part to the white noise from the AC unit.
