It had only reopened a few days before i was there but the refrigerator was not clean nor was the shower. No breakfast or coffee or pool due to Covid. I think they could have done something in recognition of that- Check in clerk was very nice and friendly and he moved me to a new room

Excellent customer service
The customer service was excellent. The lady who checks you in is very kind and helpful. She left me feeling that she was extremely hospitable and thoughtful. The room was cute and appliances (refrigerator and microwave) were updated as was the bathroom with granite. The bed was horrible, it slumped in the middle and left me with a sore back for two days. The breakfast was good, basic yogurt, fruit(apple and orange), bread, packaged danishes, and cereal.
