I thought the staff is not very friendly. Any request, and they would say “we will check if it is possible “, but not in an encouraging way, not like they really meant it. Not sure if the moral is low, as it happened with all the staff, for all requests, including early check in. I actually sent an email asking if it was possible to have an early check in as our international flight would arrive in the am, and the blunt answer was “if you want to be checked in in the morning, you have to book the room for the day before.”. Not the best way to approach the customer. It is disappointing because we love the location, breakfast is great and we had stayed there in February this year. Will look for other options for the next time.
