Loved our spacious room for a 3 night stay, 1st floor location and ease of parking and safe and close to entrance. Enjoyed the spa bath and huge shower area...so nice! Very nice location and decent price. Construction on both sides was annoying but not the hotels fault. The hotel is dated but very well kept inside and our room was spotless. The best part is the giant tub with spa bubbles. Also the bed was very comfortable and they let me bring my dog which was awesome.

Liked the spacious spa and shower combo in the cabin room I stayed. Location is very good. McDonald and IHOP is only a few steps outside. You can walk to the Marina for boat ride, nice restaurants or just to enjoy the scenery. Free bike is a bonus if you can use it. Comfortable lounge provides coffee in the morning. You can chat with other travelers if you are social.

Staff is helpful and attentive. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Tubs are the grandest amenity in this hotel; they really make a difference after a long drive or day around Tahoe… Outside the rooms the hotel is quite dated, but it compensates with its excellent location and quiet surroundings. Little thing things that become an eye sore should be taken care of; there are no excuses. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was good, but could be better. Stayed at the watermark room which I was told had a jetted tub and had shower curtains incase we chose to use them but we got the opposite on both items. No huge deal. It is more like a couples room. Like the concept. Some of the stuff felt a little old and could be updated. As you walk into the hotel itself it is pretty humid and carpet is pretty old and dirty. My biggest disappointment was the letdown on the jetted tub but other than that the staff was great.
