8/10 Very good

The hotel has very nice ambiance and the breakfast buffet has several unique and delicious items. What I didn’t like is that the room itself was an odd shape and the bathroom had two small steps, going into the bathroom and from the sink/toilet to the bathtub. It’s very easy to not notice the step from the bathtub to the toilet, like I did, and trip. Perhaps we had a corner room that had to be shaped differently, but be careful of the uneven floors. There was also a very tall wall behind the television that had no decorations on it. Perhaps this is supposed to look clean and uncomplicated but it didn’t strike me as a higher priced hotel decoration. Overall, a pleasant stay if you are aware of the irregular floor.

Very nice little hotel, the staff are amazing and quickly responded to our pre-vacation emails. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and taken care of quickly. The hotel is situated perfectly away from the hustle and bustle…but steps away from all the amazing sites to see in Quebec City. Rooms are just like the photos, very clean and comfortable!!

Historic building with all the modern amenities (including a self serve wine dispenser and sparkling still chilled water dispenser). Excellent staff and very close to several amazing restaurants. Easy walk to cruise terminal.

Wonderful hotel. Great room. The only suggestion is the bathroom needs a railing for the stairs. I fell and broke my toe on the stairs!
