10/10 Exceptional

Staff are all attentive to the needs of customer. They all speak English & have excellent communication skills.

10/10 Exceptional

The Mecure Lisboa has spacious rooms comparable to North American standards over the smaller rooms in Europe, which was appreciated. Staff was professional and present when needed. The breakfast buffet was decent for the 14€ cost, but on some days, late to open at the 6:30 start time. Location is further away from central Lisbon where all the attractions are at, but with uber and bolt ride shares being very affordable in Lisbon, getting to does destinations was easy.

8/10 Very good

The room was nice, basic, clean. I would be nice if they had some kind of folder to explain how the lights work and the TV and the AC. No restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was OK but didn't open until late. Not very centrally located. Had to take a taxi everywhere.
