Owners seemed to be stand offish...no eye contact, no greeting, no smiles. Pool is always nice. Room 108 has torn drapes...really a turn off. Shabby. Free breakfast was good. Eggs sausage waffles toasted bagels muffins cereal. No fresh fruit. It's a place at a bargain price point so I'm not totally disappointed. No excuse for the drapes or the owners disposition. Desk staff were great.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed a place to stay for a tournament at the DE Turf facility and this was one of the most convenient locations. My only reason for the lack of 5 stars is just the normal wear and tear on a hotel. It is one hundred percent one of the best values in the area. I would definitely book and stay here for the next tournament I have to go to.

The room was ok. The toilet seat was broken; it wasn’t the cleanest. But room was decent size. Stand up shower was all tiled; but bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were alot of flying insects surrounding entrances. Breakfast was all frozen eggs & sausage. Waffles you can make.

The staff was very nice but the hotel requires a professional deep cleaning, repairs to room electronics and furniture and rodent extermination. Our first room was filthy; hair on the bath towels, thick brown mildew in the sink, nasal mucus on the bathroom walls and the bath fan was in need of immediate repair. Our second room’s nightstand had exposed electrical wires, an unpleasant odor and mice in the bathroom. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but our stay was just miserable.
