A very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff- from cleaners to managers. Rooms and facilities, location all very good. Pool area and facilities including staff- very good. The only thing is the bathroom. Again very nice and good looking, but the way they have made the system for drainage in the shower is a mystery to me. Completely impossible to avoid a lot of water on the bathroom floor

We were happy with the room with ocean view on the 9 th floor. The breakfast was amazing, something we will always remember: very spacious area with a large variety of choices for Thai and Western clientele. We recommend to allow adequate time for breakfast: 1 to 2 hours to see and taste….

There’s a bit of noise at a construction site next-door between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. The Hilton was kind enough to comp me free breakfast for my stay due to the inconvenience. It’s still a beautiful hotel and the prettiest pool beach area that I’ve seen in any of them.
