No smoking allowed, but the room smelled of cigarettes. Luckily the staff was kind enough to try erase the smell, and offered a different room, which I was very happy with. A great stay! The roof terrace has an amazing view, and the breakfast is really good with a professional and friendly staff.

Location seemed a little unsafe
We stayed at the hotel on our first trip to Napoli. We were excited to stay central to the city in the beginning, but we quickly realized that this central part of the city is very poor and seemed unsafe due to the constant presence of the police on the streets during our whole stay. We stayed in a very small room in the hotel, but all the facilities worked without problems. There was always someone in the reception to ask for help if necessary.

The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station.
