Great property. We had a major incident in our home, prompting a stay at a local hotel. We were very pleased with the staff, our room and the facilities. Jacuzzi was out of order, but we were told that prior to getting to the pool area. A great bonus was the property cat (outdoors). Lovable and entertaining.

Room was clean, shower head had very little pressure. There needs to be better service all around, breakfast was hardly tended to, and front desk was usually unavailable. Property is showing deterioration probably needs more personnel to make it work better. Overall, not sure if I'll stay here again, and for now I wouldn't recommend it.

Location is great for Kings Canyon and Sequoia Natl Park-one hour away. Great little short trips to see beautiful scenery is nearby too, and plenty of wineries if that's what you prefer. Breakfast was ok with cereal options, fruit and breakfast bars too. The hair dryer didnt work, but I never reported it or asked for a replacement. The mattress sank in the middle, but the place was clean and just fine to rest my head at the end of the day. Defintely an above average clean place to stay but certainly not 5 stars. I would stay there again.

The breakfast was pretty good, our dooms were clean, and the pool was fun for our son. All the staff was friendly and super helpful. It was a great midway point between family and the Sequoia-Kings National Park.
