By far one of the best places I've stayed at while in Lancaster. Fully renovated and close to everything. Great breakfast and staff was very helpful. We visit several times a year so we will be staying here again.

Despite the hotel being under renovations, the hotel ran smoothly and was kept very clean. The free continental breakfast had a good variety of options and the hotel location was GREAT!

The hotel is located near to all the major attractions in Lanscaster. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent providing a variety of foods. Next time in Lancaster this will be our top choice. By the way, the staff is very hospitable.

They are doing construction, so it added clutter but we were on the second floor and heard no noise. Decent breakfast, convenient location!

The check person was very helpful and polite. The hotel is under a total renovation. Our room was one of the new renovation and it was awesome. We didn't hear any constructions. Everything was new and very clean. It was at a great location to go anywhere. The breakfast was great and the lady was very helpful if you needed anything. My husband and I slept like a baby.

One night stay was very good. The only negatives were The telephone in my room did not work and connecting to wi-fi was not successful using their instructions. However, the room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely reserve in the future.

We stayed in the area for a weekend conference. The hotel was the perfect location. Close to center city (which is where we needed to be), close to a variety of restaurants and stores. The hotel was remodeling whilst we were there, however, there was no noticeable noise. We were lucky enough to stay in a remodeled room. It was very spacious and we were very happy with it. If I had to complain about anything, it'd be the ice machine didn't work on the third floor. But it really wasn't a big deal to ride the elevator down to the first floor. All of the staff we encountered, were nice. If we come back, we'd choose Lancaster Suites again!

Major renovation was going on. Our room was done and it was clean and well furnished. So once they are done with the work, it should get a good rating from guests. We didn't have any problems on our section of the second floor but the other half had a lot of work being done.

Nice clean room. Also very quiet. Check in was easy. Great place to stay if you are going to visit turkey hill factory, bube's catacombs, and sickman's rubing. Will stay again if in the area!

This hotel is going through an upgrade and remodel. Aside from seeing all the furniture and bedding-you would not have known it. The place was spotless and there was someone cleaning all day long. Breakfast was spot on and the parking lot was bright and felt safe.

We were in Lancaster for one night after visiting Niagara Falls and were very pleasantly surprised by these accommodations. The place was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Getting in and out was a bit stressful due to the layout of the roads, but everything else about our stay was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
