Staff was rude and the rooms were big but not clean. We had to have them vome and mop the floor because our feet were black on the bottom when walking around the inside. At one point they locked us out of our room bc there was a misunderstanding about a room charge. Worked it out but it was poor customer service. There was a large pile of per and poop right on the pool edge from a giant iguana that roams around.

La habitación muy bien adaptada ya que a pesar del intenso calor, nunca se sintió dentro, la cocineta es una gran ayuda, ya que al viajar con niños neurodivergentes sus hábitos alimenticios son difíciles de mantener fuera, pero este detalle hace que sea más sencillo, una gran experiencia y por supuesto que regresariamos

Estaba en remodelación, los restaurantes se encontraban cerrados, a fuerza tenias que salir para comer o comprar bebidas, las llaves de la regadera están deterioradas, lo hicimos saber, fue el de mantenimiento y nos dijo que las llaves se abre del otro lado, efectivamente si se abren cono nos dijo, pero si estaba trasroscada, ya que giraban de ambos lados y me queme al salir el agua
