Arrived later in the evening my girls were tired so just wanted to go to bed, but got into the ‘family’ room & the sofa bed wasn’t prepared/ready, I went down to the reception explained we are in a family room, is there supposed to be a sofa bed ready, they confirmed so moved us into another room, once in put the girls to bed, but noticed there was no toilet paper & the toilet smelt of stale wee. Not the smoothest of stays, but the manager at breakfast was very kind, & lovely to the girls.

Assigned a family room on 2nd floor but the only lift was broken. When the sofa bed is out there is literally no where to move around the bed to get onto the sofa bed or to reach the window. Curtain rail fell off the wall too. Outside temperature was around 18C but the room was stifling, hotel had provided a fan but it's was very loud so either way not much sleep had. On the plus side breakfast was great and staff very friendly.
