"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Bolzano

  1. Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Bolzano on a budget is a delight, particularly during April, May, and November when hotel prices may drop to lower prices. For those seeking great value for money, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is ideal to explore key landmarks, historical sites, cultural attractions, and art exhibitions. This affordable trip includes visits to monuments, museums, festivals, and theatres, ensuring a rich cultural experience without breaking the bank.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover hotel deals for Bolzano, explore the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on accommodations as your travel date approaches. By enabling email alerts or push notifications, you could stay informed about flash sales and exclusive last-minute promotions, ensuring you remain aware of potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed choices. This way, if rooms become available or prices drop, you’ll be promptly notified for your last-minute getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a better deal for your stay in a hotel in Bolzano. If you're seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and potentially greater value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price be on the higher end, we may suggest alternative dates that could offer more affordable options.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Bolzano's excellent public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further out that remains well linked. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often outstanding value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
