8/10 Very good

I stayed at Hyatt House for a spa weekend getaway. For its location, and price, this was a good place to stay. The building is a little older and slightly run down, but the in suite kitchen was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Hot eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, etc. I would recommend Hyatt House to all who need a quick, decent night away.

Staff interaction was minimal but breakfast was great, check in was fast and amenities looked amazing even though we didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym. I did spot some roaches on the outside near the dumpster and the cigg urns near the rear entrances were not emptied over the weekend. Can you also move the smoking area away from the entrance points so non-smokers don't have to walk through a cloud to get in??
