We have stayed at this hotel before and the main reason is because of the large rooms with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms… along with the kitchenette, it is very convenient for our party!

Great place to overnight for an early flight out of Dulles. Lots of dining options within 5 minutes, nice gym, equipment in good condition, and easy check in. Ample parking.

This hotel is fine. The room was nice and spacious and reasonably quiet. The location was good for what I needed. You can tell this hotel has been “well loved”- it is wearing down. There must have been some sort of leak while i was there because there were those commercial blow dryers running down the hallway and I think into a room? I could not hear them from my room so it was fine.
Overall stay was uneventful. Breakfast was good. Parking is limited. Staff was friendly.

Love the convenience of the Hyatt House hotels. Overall the room was nice & the staff was wonderful. The kitchenette was really small, with some drawers being basically unusable, flushing the toilet was wonky (sometimes it took multiple flushes to clear the bowl), but overall, the room was clean & well appointed.
