After the storm on Guam, this hotel was able to accommodate our family when we needed it most. My children were comfortable with the working AC and running water, which was a huge relief given the circumstances. This isn’t a 5‑star hotel, but for the price we paid and the way the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating and attentive to our requests, the experience outweighed the minor drawbacks. Yes, the twin beds were small and the bathroom was older, but overall, it was absolutely worth our stay.

Not so pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Upon entering dirt wash cloths and towels. Mattress was built like it was for a jail. Bugs in my first room. Was switched to another room with more bugs. Seeing bugs in my second room, I packed up my things and some w/ the front desk requesting for a refund, I was told to contact hotels.com...they stated they were unable to get in contact with the hotel and offered me a $25 refund. I wouldn't stay here..
