The staff was amazing and friendly. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. Hotel was in a good location for the 2 days we wanted to spend in Charleston. The 4th floor where we stayed the flooring was badly warped and in spots where the carpet and wood flooring met the trim was coming up and could have been a trip hazard. The tub and shower were pealing and in the cabinet where the fridge was the bottom looked moldy. Our bedding had what appeared to be permanent marker stains. Don’t pay for the balcony unless you just want it to air dry your bathing suits and towels. Pool was heated so not refreshing for a summer stay.

This is a very hotel, but it is not in walking distance to downtown Charleston. But a lot cheaper than hotels in Charleston's downtowm. It's an easy ride into Charleston which has plenty of easy parking.
