Rooms were very dusty. Seems the cleaning crew clean room with a dirty rag I had to wipe down with disinfectant wipes Overall everything else was ok. We enjoyed the beach, pool and arcade.

Nice stay

The stay was nice but the north tower had 3 elevators working so we had to wait forever for an elevator. The room was clean but missing soap and not nearly enough pillows. Remodeled is generous but they do look nice. The beach was nice for sure. So many children!! Not sure when Laughlin became a place to bring the kids.

Family trip.

Good stay but waiting for an elevator was horrible. Ended up taking the stairs a few times due to long waits for an elevator. And front desk weren’t friendly. I did love the housekeeping ladies they were friendly and lovely.

Staying at Harrah’s was a good choice the room was very clean just that no floats allowed was the down side, the staff at the yellow shack(beach area) were a lil rude , plus didn’t have all drinks.

Comfortable Stay although we payed an extra $21.00 for the upgraded rooms facing the water & room was a lil outdated & unable to enjoy the view that we payed extra due to the window being dusty & dirty from outside!

The room was okay. Promotes newly renovated. The counter tops were painted over and the bed is very short and not much support. The size was good and the concrete walls are great for keeping noise out.

Stopping along the way...

We were just passing through the desert from Lake Havasu and took the notion to stay in Laughlin. Hotel was pleasant, room spacious but bathroom could use a bit of reno work. Good night's rest.

Didn't receive drinks that were part of resort fee, not family friendly at all as advertised. 17 year old son could do nothing without supervision. Will never stay again. Would not recommend
