Excellent staff
Value for money, great location between the centre and close to the Costanera. The staff is absolutely outstanding, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool had a repair of some broken windows, but they showed us a second pool. It did lack a bit of furniture though. Well equipped gym. Breakfast was okay (savoury, sweet, fruits, eggs made on order). The hotel should improve the WiFi, we received passwords for 3 networks, except for the one network which was actually stable.

Hotel e bom. Porém apartamento a estrutura principalmente do banheiro estava um pouco precária. Suportes que caíam. Encanamento do chuveiro enferrujado. Ponto positivo é que fica bem perto de tudo inclusive a praia.

El gimnasio está muy bueno, es muy completo y todo nuevo.
La habitación es amplia con una cama muy cómoda. Mejoró la señal de wifi (antes no llegaba a toda la habitación). El desayuno mejoró la variedad de frutas y jugos naturales, pero aún resta mejorar la oferta de fiambres. Tiene una fábricadora de hielo a disposición, muy buena.
