Beautiful beach
Amazing beach! Extremely kind and friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Location is excellent, plenty of pools as well as a couple of slides for children. Close by is a great show called kårera, and if you’re up for some island adventures, then GuamAdventures will pick you up directly from the hotel.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Sliding door locked when I went on balcony. Staff had difficulty entering my room to unlock sliding door. I was stuck outside in the heat a long time. The property had no procedure in place to help guests in an inroom emergency. Also, limited restaurant hours. Not designed with international travelers in mind.

Facilities are well maintained, and swimming pools are wonderful. Staffs are so kind that we could really enjoy the trip.

"This was my first time staying here in 30 years. The place has been renovated since then, but there are still some areas that show its age. However, it's nothing that really bothers me. The location is quiet, as it's set back from the main road. The staff do the minimum required, but I wouldn't call them friendly. Still, I’d probably choose this hotel again next time."
